I had the pleasure of doing 2 deals with Jonathan in 2017. Both deals were extremely complicated because they both involved a great deal of construction and challenging delivery conditions. His unique trait is that he simultaneously brought sensibility to the tenants when it came to their asks, and fought relentlessly for the things they cared most about.
