Boutique fitness

For over 20 years J.W.Burke and Co. has spearheaded the strategic growth and expansion of Tiger Schulmann’s MMA. During that timespan over 50 leases were negotiated for either new locations or relocations through out the tri-state NY markets. TSMMA is one of the original group fitness tenants paving the way for competitors such as Barry’s Boot Camp, SoulCycle, UFC, and others.

We have used this experience to help consult, launch and expand other unique boutique fitness tenants including Swerve Fitness, Switch Playground, YogaSpark, Mile High Run Club, BRRRN Fitness, Mark Fisher Fitness and box + flow.

Traditional Retail

Representative transactions include local, regional, national and international clients. Categories include Luxury / Fashion Brands, Health and Beauty, Footwear and Specialty Retailers.
