Tim Bruce has worked in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years. Recently he was Executive Vice President of Leasing and Redevelopment for Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX) where he oversaw all leasing and redevelopment efforts for Brixmor’s portfolio of 500 shopping centers.
